Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and AGsoundtrax LLC, 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 1382, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States ("we", "us"), the maker of InPlug. By downloading, trying or buying InPlug you agree to them.

Your license

• Buying InPlug gives you a personal license to use it for as long as you like. It is a one time payment, not a subscription.
• Your purchase includes the updates we release in the 12 months after you buy. The versions you have keep working after that. Updates released later need a renewal.
• One license can be active on up to 2 Macs at the same time. You can free a Mac from your account and use the license on another one.
• The license is for you. Please do not share, resell or publish your license, and do not try to get around the license check, copy or change the app.

The free trial

You can try InPlug free for 7 days with every feature. After the trial, InPlug asks you to buy a license to keep using it.

Price and payment

• The price is shown at checkout before you pay, including any tax that applies where you live.
• Payments, receipts and taxes are handled by our payment and license provider.
• Refunds follow our refund policy: 14 days, no questions asked.

Updates

We improve InPlug over time and offer updates inside the app. Your license covers the updates released in the 12 months after you buy; after that you can renew to get newer ones, and the versions you already have keep working. Updates may add, change or remove features.

What InPlug needs to work

InPlug runs on macOS 15 or later and works with Logic Pro and Ableton Live. It needs the Mac's Accessibility permission to put plugins on your tracks. Logic Pro, Ableton Live and the plugins you own belong to their makers and are covered by their own terms.

No guarantee

We work hard to make InPlug reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Save your projects often and keep backups.

Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost data, profits or work, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for InPlug. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Ending

You can stop using InPlug at any time. If these terms are seriously broken, for example by sharing or selling licenses, we may turn the license off.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
