Refund Policy

You can try InPlug free for 7 days with every feature before you pay, so you know what you are buying. If it still is not right for you after you buy, we will give your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

Ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Email support@inplug.app, or write to us through the contact page and choose "Refund".
• Use the email address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with, usually within 2 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Your license is then turned off, and InPlug stops working on your Macs.

After 14 days

If something went wrong, such as being charged twice or InPlug not working on your Mac at all, write to us anyway. If we made a mistake, we put it right.
